Sadio Mané still needs time to settle in at Bayern, according to club boss Hasan Salihamidzic.

Bayern München board member for sport Hasan Salihamidzic says Sadio Mané “needs a bit of time” to reach his top level following his summer move from Liverpool.
After a promising start to life in Germany, Mané has failed to find the net in his last five games for Bayern in all competitions.

Nevertheless, Salihamidzic isn’t worried that the 30-year-old will come good for the Bavarians.

“Sadio still needs a bit of time, he has to get used to the Bundesliga and everything else, but he will,” Salihamidzic told Sport Bild:

“I talk to him regularly, but I also give him space. He must now organize himself in a way that makes him feel at home in Munich.

“Sadio is one of the best players in the world. He will perform very well and give us a lot of joy.”
