According to the newspaper ‘Mittelbayerische Zeitung’, Bayern’s Sarpreet Singh cannot play until 2023 on loan at Jahn Regensburg due to an error in the contract that was signed this summer.

Last Friday, Sporting Director Roger Stilz agreed to step down from 2. Bundesliga side Jahn Regensburg. It’s now clear why this occurred. Bayern Munich’s Sarpreet Singh, who’s on his second consecutive loan at the club, cannot play until 2023 because of a mistake from Jahn Regensburg’s management team in the contract.

This is all according to Bavarian newspaper ‘Mittelbayerische Zeitung’, as the 23-year-old was nearing a return to the pitch after suffering from inflammation since April with a condition called Osteitis pubis.

After scoring 15 goals in 27 games for Jahn Regensburg last season, Singh will have to wait until the new year due to this rare error from the club. This looks to be a major reason why Stilz lost his job.
