After scoring his maiden goal for die Schwarzgelben, Modeste credited his teammates and his coach with their efforts toward assisting him in this regard.
“The team gave me more services today.,” Modeste remarked afterwards when reflecting on what proved the game-winning-goal, “It took a little while and I know that I’ve been taking some heat lately. Thanks to Edin Terzic for the support.”
The head-coach who showed continued faith in Modeste by starting him in three consecutive league fixtures noted that he obviously wished that the team had scored more goals in his own post-match comments.
