According to German football magazine Kicker, the 29-year-old goalkeeper is set to join ‘The Citizens’, who will make him their new number two goalkeeper behind Ederson.

Ortega has been linked with a number of different clubs after an impressive 2021/22 campaign, which saw him keep six clean sheets for relegated Arminia Bielefeld.
