Though the German broadcaster took care to emphasize that nothing concrete had been discussed as of yet, the FCB administrative team has apparently set it sights on Brazilian striker RIcharlison of Everton. Sport1 reports that Bayern contacted the 25-year-old’s agent last week to schedule future talks.

The estimated €50 million center-forward is likely to have many suitors in the event that the Toffees are relegated. Frank Lampard’s Blues are currently two points above the final relegation spot with two fixtures remaining. It is for this reason that preliminary talks cannot even begin to the time being.

Speaking recently on locating potential candidates to replace striker Robert Lewandowski in the event that the Polish superstar departs either this summer, next January, or (at the very latest) after the 2022/23 campaign, club President Oliver Kahn recently stated that there was “Not only a Plan B, but also a Plan C and Plan D.”
