Lazio want Benjamin Bourigeaud to replace Sergej Milinković-Savić

As reported by BUT, Lazio are targeting Rennes midfielder Benjamin Bourigeaud as a replacement for Serbian Sergej Milinković-Savić, who is finally expected to leave Rome this summer after years of transfer talk.

Bourigeaud, arguably Ligue 1’s player of the season, only has one more year left on his Rennes deal but a move may still be tricky to arrange for the Serie A side. Rennes want to convince the 28-year-old Frenchman to stay at the Breton club and do not envisage allowing a bargain fee for the player with Lazio planning on opening their bidding at just €8m-€10m.

Given widespread interest in the player, Rennes are aiming for a fee of around €15m who could be tempted to play outside France for the first time.
