Tottenham’s Premier League fixture away to Watford was decided by a late Davinson Sanchez winner.
The visitors dominated the majority of the 90 minutes, controlling the lion’s share of possession and registering a whopping 21 shots at Vicarage Road.
And it was Spurs’ final attempt on goal that allowed them to claim all three points as Sanchez turned in a Son Heung-Min cross in the 96th minute.
It was a monumental result for the Lillywhites, who are now just two points behind fourth-placed Arsenal, who have played two more games than their rivals.
After the goal, plenty of Tottenham supporters took to social media to voice their relief at the result.
Here is what a select few on Twitter said.
