RB Leipzig midfielder Christopher Nkunku picked up a knock in training on Wednesday, according to Bild.
The 23-year-old midfielder reportedly ended the session by hobbling into the dressing room due to an ankle problem.
Bild further reports that Nkunku was involved in a dispute during the final training exercise because Leipzig coach Jesse Marsch didn’t blow his whistle for a free-kick after the Frenchman was brought down.
As Nkunku later walked away from the group, Marsch reportedly called out twice after him to ask about the severity of the injury – without any reaction from the player. The tabloid further reports that there was a debate in the dressing room afterwards.
