Chelsea and Germany centre-back Antonio Rüdiger has commented on reports that Bayern München are interested in him.
“Of course I’m honored, and it proves that I’ve been doing things right. But I won’t let myself become distracted,” said Rudiger at a press conference ahead of Germany’s World Cup qualifier against Romania on Friday, according to Goal.com.
“I have an obligation to my club to perform well. I have to prove myself in every game and not let myself be distracted by rumors.
“I feel good at Chelsea where I am now, so that suits me.”
Rüdiger’s contract with Chelsea expires at the end of the season.
