The Bayern winger has been ruled out for the Champions League against  Dynamo Kyiv on Wednesday.

He recently did a minor heart surgery earlier this month, and Nagelsmann wants to give him before putting him back in the squad.

Julian Nagelsmann shared this in a recent interview:

“‘King’ is doing well. He’s happy that the issue has been taken care of. He’s not an option yet, simply because we decided before the surgery that we would keep him out of full training for a few weeks,” said Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann at the pre-match presser.

“The idea is to have him back at 100 per cent after the international break. It won’t take long for him to return to full strength.”

“Corentin Tolisso is still injured, but his situation is improving as well. He ran a couple of laps today and is looking good. Unless we have more injuries, then everyone will be on board after the international break at least.”
