Pep Guardiola Reveals his Motivation to his Squad ahead of Chelsea clash.

The Manchester City boss has sent an inspiring message to his players, ahead of Saturday’s clash at the Bridge.

Guardiola will have to win this match against Chelsea, as Chelsea won all three of their matches against Man City last season.

One of the matches was FA Cup semifinal, where Hakim Ziyech scored the first goal.

The second win was a Premier League game where Marcos Alonso scored a late strike in Manchester before the greatest of them all arrives.

The last meeting was the champions league final, Kai Havertz’s goal chattered the hopes of City and gave Chelsea the trophy.

During Guardiola’s pre-match press he shared what he would tell his team before Saturday’s meeting.

In his words:

“Every game offers a unique challenge to improve, learn, and become better. Finals can be completely different. Our previous game in the FA Cup was the final. It was close, and we lost.

“In Premier League it had already been done, and we were already close to being champions.

“The Champions League has been a huge success. We strive to learn.

“It’s one game more for the Premier League. Preparing the game from the strengths we have, and improving what we have.
